As you enter the front door opening into the grand foyer's vaulted ceiling you see expansive views out to the Sea of Cortez, the great room and dining room with a modern style flair. The terrace beyond the glass sliding doors leads you to the comfortable trellis shaded seating and outdoor dining area. The expansive gourmet kitchen with an island cook top and fine American and European appointments including Sub Zero refrigeration, opens to a bright morning breakfast nook and to the dining area at the view side. The main level master bedroom has private access to the terrace. The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath with skylight above. Double sink and vanity, his and her closets and master linens add a fine touch. A 4th bedroom is privately tucked away by the courtyard and is perfect for kids or a couple wanting extra privacy. Lower level master bedrooms compliment the den with wet bar creating a retreat from the upper level activities. This lower den has sliding pocket doors to the grade level terrace with private infinity pool with views of the Sea of Cortez. For entertaining there is a below counter refrigerator and a built in gas BBQ grill with outdoor stairs up to the main level terrace.
