The terrace beyond through pocketing glass doors leads you to the comfortable trellis shaded seating area adjacent to a warming outdoor fireplace for those balmy evenings enjoyed with the sound of the surf crashing nearby. The main level master bedroom has private access to the terrace and the stairs to your private pool deck. The master bathroom features a landscaped outdoor Grotto Jacuzzi bath and waterfall. Double wash-basins, vanity, his and hers closets and master linens add a fine touch. Lower master bedrooms compliment the family room creating a retreat from the upper level activities. The family room with sliding glass pocket doors to the grade level terrace and custom infinity pool has views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course and Sea of Cortez. For entertaining there is a service bar, below counter refrigeration and built in barbecue with outdoor stairs up to the main level terrace.
